本项目旨在通过建造一栋建筑来填补城市空隙，该建筑以邻近建筑的高度、立面退线及建构原则为设计依据。因此，该建筑沿街立面与街道齐平，延续了街道主导的形态特征，但顶层向内退缩，既确保了向北方向的形态连续性，又实现了向南方向的体量过渡。

The project intents to solve the urban void by constructing a building that takes as reference the heights, alignments and constructive principles of the adjacent structures. As such, the building was designed to sit flush with the street façade, in continuity with the dominant morphology of the street, but ending with a recessed top floor that ensures both continuity to the north and a volumetric transition to the south.
