马德里自治区政府与莱加内斯市议会联合发起一项城市规划竞赛，面向‘马德里之门’（Puerta de Madrid）新城区征集最优的可持续与创新开发方案。该新区北侧与东侧毗邻既有的莱加内斯北区（Leganés Norte）。本城市开发项目将由上述两方共同组建的联合体负责实施。

The Community of Madrid and the Leganés City Council have launched an urban planning competition to solicit the best proposals for the sustainable and innovative development of the new 'Puerta de Madrid' neighborhood, which borders the established Leganés Norte neighborhood to the north and east. This urban development will be managed through a consortium involving both administrations.
