2024年，Modum Atelier 将办公室迁至国创园。2026年，随着事务所规模扩大，我们需拓展办公空间，遂承租相邻的单元。以自身办公室为试验场，我们亲历了完整的城市更新过程——一种渐进式、非预设的改造路径。从设计师与使用者双重视角出发，我们力求对空间“倾听、观察、体验”，同时反思延续性、可读性及既有环境的关系。

In 2024, Modum Atelier moved its office to Guochuang Park. In 2026, as the practice grew, we needed more space and decided to take over the adjacent bay. Using our own office as a testing ground, we experienced a complete process of urban renewal firsthand—an incremental and unplanned approach to transformation. From both the designer's and user's perspectives, we sought to "listen, look, and experience" the space, while reflecting on continuity, legibility, and the existing environment.
